In the regretful instance a Unit is in default for a length of time, as afforded by the Nebraska Self-Service Storage Facilities Act and the Nebraska Disposition of Personal Property Landlord Tenant Act, Units will be posted here in notice of Sale.
Please note that all sales will be posted on the Facebook Online Auctions Page:
They will be posted at the above noted location on the date included in the mailed notice as the Auction Date. They will be available for bidding on the Facebook page for 6 hours after posting, and then the individual with the highest offer will be awarded the parcel/unit.
Notice of any unit sale will be posted on this web-page 10 days prior to such a sale post, and removed 5 days after the sale is complete.
